Date syrup is a product derived from dates obtained by simple filtration and concentration of date extract. It is an energetic product, used in confectionery, bakery, pastry, cereal-based products, etc.

Date Syrup is made solely from natural dates sourced from Tunisia, with no additives or preservatives added. It is a purely Tunisian product, both in terms of raw materials and processing location.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life

Date Syrup can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 months from the packaging date. Must be kept dry and away from humidity to prevent mold development.

Presentation (Packaging and Labeling)

Date Syrup is packaged in small PET jars of 250 g to 500 g. Bulk packaging available in 25 kg plastic buckets or 250–300 kg plastic drums upon request. All packaging materials are food-grade and free of foreign matter. Labeling includes: Product Name, Net Weight, Manufacturer, Lot ID, Production and Expiration Dates.

Identification of the Intended Use

Not recommended for diabetics. Suitable for general population and for industrial use (confectionery, bakery, pastry, cereal-based products, etc.). Vegan and vegetarian friendly with no animal-origin ingredients.
